On the occasion of its 29th anniversary, BWG reaffirmed its role as a legal industrial waste manager operating under a licensing system and state supervision, while enhancing transparency and accountability. The company continues to hold a corporate credit rating of BBB with a stable outlook from TRIS Rating. BWG stated that the incident began with a drone clip posted online after heavy rain caused sediment in front of a weir, which was then amplified by online pages and certain politicians without ever requesting information or conducting an on-site inspection of the company.
