CCOOP Group announced that its controlled subsidiary, Commercial Development Company, jointly invested with Hunan Commerce and Trade Company to establish Xingyuemao Changsha Commercial Company, with a registered capital of 40 million yuan. Commercial Development Company contributed 28 million yuan in cash, holding a 70 percent equity stake, while Hunan Commerce and Trade Company contributed 12 million yuan, holding a 30 percent stake. This investment aims to advance the development of underground civil air defense smart commercial street business. Hunan Commerce and Trade Company is under the same control as the company's controlling shareholder, Zhonghe Nongxin, constituting a related-party relationship. In the first quarter of 2026, CCOOP Group achieved revenue of 362 million yuan and a net loss attributable to the parent company of 136 million yuan.
