CCOOP Group announced that its controlling shareholder's concert party, China Supply and Marketing Commerce and Trade Circulation Group, has obtained a share purchase loan commitment letter from the head office of Bank of Beijing. The bank commits to providing a share purchase loan of up to 45 million yuan. China Supply and Marketing Commerce and Trade Circulation Group previously planned to increase its shareholding in the company within six months starting from June 25, 2026, with the purchase amount no less than 30 million yuan and no more than 50 million yuan. The annualized interest rate for this loan is no less than 1.85 percent, with a loan term not exceeding three years, subject to preconditions including the public disclosure of the share purchase plan and compliance with regulatory policies on financing.
