Shenzhen Aoni Electronic Co. Ltd.Aoni Electronics released China's first group standard for on-device AI workstations, establishing its leadership and advancing its device-edge-cloud strategy.

On August 26, at the Aoni AI Computing Power Device-Edge-Cloud Collaborative Innovation Forum held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center, Aoni Electronics officially released China's first group standard for on-device AI computing workstations, the General Technical Specification for On-Device Artificial Intelligence Computing Workstations, designated T/AIIA 023-2026. The standard was proposed by Aoni Electronics and is administered by the Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, and will take effect on September 1. Targeting pain points in the on-device AI computing equipment industry such as inconsistent indicators, vague product grading, and a lack of evaluation criteria, the standard establishes three tiers of configuration: consumer-grade, professional-grade, and enterprise-grade. It covers technical requirements including inference performance, AI agent operating environments, offline availability, information security, compatibility, and environmental reliability, and is accompanied by complete testing and inspection methods. Aoni Electronics Chairman Wu Shijie outlined the company's new strategy focused on physical AI computing power at the forum, announcing a business model shift from simply selling hardware to focusing on enterprise-grade private AI inference computing power, creating a device-edge-cloud integrated business model. On the cloud side, the company has deployed self-built high-performance GPU computing clusters in Shenzhen, Qingyang, and Yuxi. On the edge side, it integrates GPU, storage, networking, power supply, cooling, and security operations and maintenance into a single unit. On the device side, it has launched the NeoFrog Qingyue desktop AI workstation, bringing high-performance AI inference computing power directly to employees and developers.
