Cloudflare IncQ2 beat and raised guidance

Cloudflare shares surged 7.7% after the company reported second-quarter results that beat expectations and raised its full-year outlook. Revenue rose 35.9% to $696.1 million, exceeding estimates by 4.7%, while billings grew 34.8% to $753.5 million. Adjusted earnings per share of $0.29 beat consensus by 7.5%, and adjusted operating income reached $96.11 million, a 6.1% beat. CEO Matthew Prince noted that non-human, machine-to-machine AI traffic surpassed 50% of network volume for the first time, driving adoption of its Workers developer platform. Management lifted its full-year revenue guidance to $2.87 billion at the midpoint and adjusted EPS guidance to $1.26, and initiated a third-quarter outlook above Street forecasts.
