COUR Pharma has closed a $50 million Series B funding round led by existing investors Lumira Ventures and Roche Venture Fund, with participation from new investor Sanofi. Existing investors Alpha Wave Ventures, Pfizer Ventures, Angelini Ventures, and T1D Fund: A Breakthrough T1D Venture also participated. The proceeds will support the clinical advancement of CNP-103, an investigational therapy for type 1 diabetes currently in a Phase 2 trial. COUR is seeking partners for the clinical development of CNP-104 in primary biliary cholangitis and CNP-106 in myasthenia gravis.
