Critical Metals Corp. Ordinary SharesStrategic review to focus on flagship Tanbreez project, potentially unlocking value through spin-offs or sales of non-core assets.

Critical Metals Corp. has retained Clear Street as financial advisor to evaluate value-maximizing pathways for its non-core assets, aiming to sharpen focus on its flagship Tanbreez rare earth project in Greenland. The review will consider spin-offs, asset sales, joint ventures, or other transactions to monetize legacy and non-core holdings while accelerating Tanbreez, one of the world's largest rare earth deposits. Chairman Tony Sage stated that concentrating on Tanbreez is the clearest path to long-term shareholder value, positioning the company as a premier Western source of heavy rare earths. White & Case LLP is serving as legal advisor. There is no assurance the process will result in a specific transaction, and the company does not plan to disclose further developments until board approval.
