D-Wave, which has a market cap of $6.57 billion and is pre-profit, reported Q2 revenue of $3.08 million, missing the $4.03 million estimate, while remaining performance obligations reached $40.7 million, up 668% year over year. The company stated the resignation was not due to any disagreement, and CEO Alan Baratz credited Markovich with raising over $900 million in capital and taking the company public in 2022.
