Dogwood Therapeutics, Inc.Positive Phase 2b trial enrollment milestone with early efficacy signal and FDA fast track designation.

Dogwood Therapeutics has enrolled the first 200 patients in its ongoing HAL-CINP Phase 2b trial of Halneuron for chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain, with top-line data expected in fall 2026. The trial is designed to enroll approximately 210 to 240 patients across about 25 U.S. sites, and an independent statistical review committee has already observed separation from placebo in pain improvement. The dropout rate stands at 4.5%, which the company says is below rates typically seen in studies of other FDA-approved chronic pain medicines. Halneuron is a non-opioid NaV 1.7 analgesic that has received fast track designation from the FDA for this indication.
