Eagle Nuclear Energy provided a second-quarter corporate update highlighting progress on its Aurora Uranium Project and Small Modular Reactor technology. The company completed key environmental and site-readiness initiatives at Aurora, launched an expansive environmental baseline studies campaign, and filed permit applications with the Bureau of Land Management and the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries. Eagle also engaged Tensor Medium Corporation to bring AI-enabled reactor modeling to its SMR program and announced partnerships with Yukuskon Professional Services, BBA USA and SLR International to support the Aurora drill program. As of May 31, 2026, the company held a cash balance of $28.1 million with no interest-bearing debt. The Aurora deposit contains 32.75 million pounds of indicated and 4.98 million pounds of inferred uranium resources, making it the largest conventional measured and indicated uranium deposit in the United States.
