Qingdao Eastsoft Communic TechSubsidiary obtains invention patent for self-wake-up circuit, enhancing technological leadership and competitiveness.

Shanghai Eastsoft Microelectronics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastsoft, recently obtained an invention patent certificate for a self-wake-up circuit and electronic device from the National Intellectual Property Administration. The patent provides a self-wake-up solution that does not rely on internal or external clock circuits, achieving continuous self-wake-up through the coordination of a bias unit, a self-wake-up unit, and an output unit. It effectively reduces power consumption and is suitable for extremely low-power application scenarios such as the Internet of Things, and has already been applied to the company's chip products. The company stated that obtaining this patent will not have a significant impact on near-term operations, but will help leverage its intellectual property advantages, maintain technological leadership, and enhance core competitiveness.
