Shanghai Eastsoft Microelectronics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastsoft, has obtained an invention patent titled "Self-Wake-Up Circuit and Electronic Device." The patented technology solves the problem of achieving continuous self-wake-up in electronic devices without a clock circuit, reduces circuit power consumption, and is suitable for application scenarios such as the Internet of Things that require extremely low power consumption. It has already been applied in the company's chip products. In the first quarter of 2026, Eastsoft achieved revenue of 175 million yuan and a net loss attributable to the parent company of 22.59 million yuan.

Qingdao Eastsoft Communication Technology announced that its Eastsoft Innovation Center project has passed the completion acceptance filing by the Qingdao Administrative Approval Service Bureau and obtained the Completion Acceptance Filing Form. The project was approved by the board of directors and the extraordinary general meeting in 2023, and involves constructing a self-owned office facility on its own land that integrates research and development, production testing, incubation, and office support functions. The company stated that the completed project will help optimize its operating and R&D environment, enhance technology development and internal collaboration efficiency, strengthen R&D innovation capabilities and comprehensive service capabilities, and further improve its brand image and market competitiveness.
