Nextensa NVNextensa NVNextensa has concluded a long-term usufruct agreement with the European Investment Bank Group for the entirety of its Treemont office project in Brussels. The EIB Group will relocate its Brussels premises to Rue Montoyer in the Leopold District, with the move planned for the second quarter of 2028. Nextensa will redevelop the site by demolishing part of the existing building and constructing a new high-end timber office building offering approximately 3,000 square meters of space across seven floors, after obtaining the urban planning permit in early June. The project aims for BREEAM design Excellent certification and full alignment with EU Taxonomy criteria through energy-efficient systems, timber construction, fossil-free heating and cooling, solar panels, a green roof, and smart water recovery.
