The program, announced on 12 May 2026, allowed for repurchases of up to 4,368,899 shares for a maximum of SEK 2,500,000,000, and was conducted on Nasdaq Stockholm by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB on EQT's behalf. Following the completion, EQT holds 61,033,664 own shares, leaving 1,245,930,082 outstanding shares.
