EQT AB Finalizes Share Buyback Program After Week 36 Repurchases

EQT AB has finalized its share buyback program after repurchasing a total of 4,368,899 own ordinary shares for SEK 1,448,620,146.93, with the final week's transactions occurring between 31 August and 4 September 2026. During that week, EQT repurchased 707,203 shares at a weighted average price of SEK 324.0585 per share, totaling SEK 229,175,130.71. The program, announced on 12 May 2026, allowed for repurchases of up to 4,368,899 shares for a maximum of SEK 2,500,000,000, and was conducted on Nasdaq Stockholm by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB on EQT's behalf. Following the completion, EQT holds 61,033,664 own shares, leaving 1,245,930,082 outstanding shares.
