Board approved a $25M increase to its buyback program, raising total authorization to $325M through 2027.

EverCommerce said its board of directors approved a $25 million increase to its existing $300 million share repurchase program, bringing the company's total approved buyback authorization to $325 million through December 31, 2027. The company may repurchase shares in the open market at prevailing prices or through negotiated off-market transactions. The program does not obligate EverCommerce to buy any specific number of shares and can be modified, suspended, or discontinued at the company's discretion. EverCommerce expects to fund the repurchases using cash on hand.
