Its offerings include business management software with route-based dispatching and medical practice management, billing and payment solutions such as e-invoicing, mobile payments, and integrated payment processing, customer experience solutions covering reputation management and messaging, and marketing technology solutions for websites, hosting, and digital lead generation. The company also provides the EverPro suite for home services, the EverHealth suite for health services, and the EverWell suite for wellness services, along with professional services such as consulting, implementation, and training, and it sells hardware products. It serves home service professionals, physician practices and therapists, and salon owners. Formerly known as PaySimple Holdings, Inc., it changed its name to EverCommerce Inc. in December 2020, was incorporated in 2016, and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

EverCommerce Raises Buyback Authorization to $325M With $25M Increase

EverCommerce said its board of directors approved a $25 million increase to its existing $300 million share repurchase program, bringing the company's total approved buyback authorization to $325 million through December 31, 2027. The company may repurchase shares in the open market at prevailing prices or through negotiated off-market transactions. The program does not obligate EverCommerce to buy any specific number of shares and can be modified, suspended, or discontinued at the company's discretion. EverCommerce expects to fund the repurchases using cash on hand.

EverCommerce Q2 revenue meets guidance, EBITDA tops range, CEO transition announced

EverCommerce reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $152.0 million, up 2.7% year over year, and adjusted EBITDA of $44.5 million, exceeding the top end of management's guidance. The company also announced that Alex Goor will succeed Eric Remer as CEO effective August 6, 2026. Full year revenue guidance was maintained at $612 million to $632 million, but management now expects results to trend toward the lower end of the range, citing slower-than-expected new customer acquisition in certain EverPro solutions. Net income was $9.7 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, and the company repurchased 1.4 million shares for $14.8 million during the quarter.

EverCommerce CEO and founder Eric Richard Remer sold 19,200 shares of common stock in three open-market transactions between May 26 and May 28, 2026, according to an SEC filing. The sales, executed at a weighted average price of $10.60 for a total value of approximately $204,000, reduced his direct holdings to 2,822,626 shares. The transactions were part of a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted in June 2025, and Remer's indirect holdings of 6,212,662 shares through family trusts and LLCs remained unchanged. EverCommerce, which provides integrated SaaS solutions for service-based small and medium businesses, reported trailing-twelve-month revenue of $594.1 million and net income of $32.5 million. The stock closed at $11.09 on May 28 and later fell to $8.74 by June 17 after the company's second-quarter revenue forecast of $150.5 million to $153.5 million disappointed investors.
