Fortinet IncQ2 earnings beat and raised full-year guidance

Fortinet shares have risen about 12% since its last earnings report, outperforming the S&P 500, after the company posted second-quarter 2026 non-GAAP EPS of 90 cents, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 20% and up 40.6% year over year, with total revenues of $2.05 billion, up 25.6% and beating estimates by 9.1%. The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $8.02-$8.18 billion from $7.71-$7.87 billion, and non-GAAP EPS to $3.41-$3.47 from $3.10-$3.16, while also guiding third-quarter revenues to $2.01-$2.10 billion and non-GAAP EPS to 83-87 cents. Fortinet's product revenues surged 51.9% to $773 million, and total billings grew 33.4% to $2.37 billion, with strong growth in secure networking, OT security, Unified SASE, and AI-driven security operations. The company generated $1.04 billion in operating cash flow and repurchased 1.9 million shares for $146 million in the quarter, leaving about $766 million in buyback authorization. Analysts have revised estimates upward, and Fortinet holds a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy).
