In addition, there are 2 warehouse buildings totaling 8 units with approximately 31,380 square meters of net leasable area, together with land rights totaling approximately 33 rai 48.1 square wah, located at Frasers Property Logistics Center Wang Noi 2. The total value of consideration from the asset sale is 872.60 million baht, while the appraisal prices from 2 independent appraisers, using the income approach, range from approximately 872.9 to 878.4 million baht.
