The buyback plan was approved in June 2026, with total funds of no less than 150 million yuan and no more than 300 million yuan. The repurchase price ceiling was adjusted to no more than 58.78 yuan per receipt due to equity distribution, and all repurchased shares will be cancelled. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of 14.358 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent of 1.008 billion yuan. The Ministry of Transport has proposed to the committee vetting the use of loans under the emergency decree authorizing 200 billion baht in borrowing, requesting budget allocation for two projects totaling approximately 30 billion baht. These include the DLT Support Phase 2 project, worth 6 billion baht, to assist transport operators with fuel costs, and the project to transition seven groups of public vehicles to electric, hybrid, or biodiesel-compatible vehicles such as B20, worth 24 billion baht.
