Gorilla Technology has signed a five-year AI compute infrastructure contract with a global technology customer that is expected to generate about $2.5 billion in revenue over the five years. The deployment will be at the NeutraDC Batam data centre in Indonesia, with the first phase consisting of about 1,000 Nvidia B300 GPU servers expected to generate around $1.3 billion in revenue over the same period. The first phase is planned in two tranches, with initial deployment targeted for September and the second tranche for December, while the remaining contracted deployment is expected in the first half of 2027. The company has received debt financing offers covering about 70% of expected project costs and is working with banks to finalize the optimal financing structure. Shares of Gorilla surged about 6% on Tuesday following the announcement.
