Hasbro IncHasbro raised full-year guidance and increased share repurchase target, indicating strong financial performance and shareholder returns.

Hasbro raised its full-year guidance, now forecasting consolidated revenue growth of 5% to 7% on a constant currency basis and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $1.45 billion to $1.5 billion. The company reported second-quarter net revenue of $1.14 billion, up 16% year-over-year, driven by a 27% increase in Wizards segment revenue to $664 million. Adjusted earnings per diluted share were $1.28, down 2% due to a $56 million non-cash write-down from canceling several games scheduled for release in 2028 and beyond. Hasbro also increased its share repurchase target for the year from $100 million to a minimum of $200 million. Management noted that MAGIC: The Gathering revenue grew over 32% in the quarter, and the company raised its full-year outlook for the Wizards segment to low double-digit revenue growth.
