Hilton Grand Vacations IncBoard approves new $600M buyback plan, reinforcing shareholder returns.

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has approved a new two-year share repurchase plan authorizing the company to repurchase up to $600 million of its outstanding common stock. The new plan will commence once the existing two-year repurchase plan, approved in July 2025 for up to $600 million, is fully completed; as of August 17, 2026, approximately $61 million remained under that 2025 plan. President and CFO Dan Mathewes said the company has repurchased more than 60 million shares since 2018, returning over $2.5 billion to shareholders, and that the new authorization reinforces its commitment to long-term shareholder value. Repurchases may be made in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions, and the plan does not obligate the company to repurchase any specific amount and may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
