Hewlett Packard Enterprise CoCEO cites exceptional AI demand, record orders, and raised guidance.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise CEO Antonio Neri said AI demand is "exceptional" but the supply chain remains constrained, echoing Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang's comments about supply limitations. In an interview with Yahoo Finance, Neri noted that in networking, orders grew three and a half times faster than revenue, and in traditional servers, orders rose 75% year over year while revenue grew only 35%. He attributed the crunch to wafer capacity and clean room yields, expecting some improvement but not a full resolution until wafer capacity expands. Despite this, HPE raised guidance for Q4 2026 and 2027, anticipating exceptional demand continuing into 2027 and beyond, with record orders for AI networking equipment and an extended partnership with Oracle.
