HubSpot IncHubSpot unveiled its Fall '26 platform with Breeze Assistant, self-updating Smart CRM, Context Home, and Revenue Hub, its most significant product release in years.

HubSpot announced its most significant product release in years, the all-new HubSpot platform built on what the company calls Growth Context, at its Fall Spotlight '26 event. The release centers on the Breeze Assistant, a tool that takes action on user direction by assigning specialized agents to produce proposals, reports, and campaign plans, all grounded in CRM context. HubSpot says businesses fueled by this high quality context create 3.6x more MQLs, win 3.2x more deals, and close over 2x more tickets, while early customers using Marketing Studio create 81% more campaigns and those using Breeze Assistant generate 2.2x more leads. The platform includes a self-updating Smart CRM that captures calls, emails, and meetings automatically, a new Context Home that scores the completeness of a company's context foundation, and a Mobile Notetaker that feeds transcripts into Deal Progression. HubSpot also said it is the first CRM to integrate with ChatGPT Ads and has added Microsoft Advertising, and it introduced a Revenue Hub that generates quotes automatically. Duncan Lennox, HubSpot's Chief Product and Technology Officer, said customers just want outcomes and the company reimagined HubSpot to deliver them.
