Hytera issued an announcement, expecting net profit attributable to the parent for the first half of 2026 to be between 35 million yuan and 50 million yuan, a year-on-year decline of 46.57% to 62.60%. The company stated that the year-on-year decline in net profit attributable to the parent, while recurring net profit achieved stable growth, was mainly due to increased exchange losses and non-operating expenses. In the second quarter, comprehensive gross margin improved steadily, legal expenses declined year-on-year, and single-quarter operating profit and recurring net profit grew significantly year-on-year. The previously disclosed first-quarter report showed that Hytera achieved revenue of 1.002 billion yuan, with net profit attributable to the parent at negative 31.07 million yuan.
