Hytera released its 2026 interim report, with net profit attributable to the parent company at 42.6 million yuan, down 54.48% from the same period last year. Total operating revenue was 2.262 billion yuan, and net cash outflow from operating activities was 48.03 million yuan, turning negative from positive a year earlier. The latest asset-liability ratio rose to 78.54%, gross margin was 52.82%, return on equity fell to 2.04%, and diluted earnings per share was 0.02 yuan.

Hytera issued an announcement, expecting net profit attributable to the parent for the first half of 2026 to be between 35 million yuan and 50 million yuan, a year-on-year decline of 46.57% to 62.60%. The company stated that the year-on-year decline in net profit attributable to the parent, while recurring net profit achieved stable growth, was mainly due to increased exchange losses and non-operating expenses. In the second quarter, comprehensive gross margin improved steadily, legal expenses declined year-on-year, and single-quarter operating profit and recurring net profit grew significantly year-on-year. The previously disclosed first-quarter report showed that Hytera achieved revenue of 1.002 billion yuan, with net profit attributable to the parent at negative 31.07 million yuan.
