Intermediate Capital Group PLCICG continues its buyback programme, supporting share price and returning capital to shareholders.
ICG plc purchased 633,510 ordinary shares between 27 July and 31 July 2026 as part of its share buyback programme announced on 19 February 2026. The purchases were executed on the London Stock Exchange through Merrill Lynch International, with daily volumes ranging from 122,872 to 129,621 shares at volume-weighted average prices between 1896.08 pence and 1922.28 pence. The buyback is intended to facilitate the non-dilutive issuance of Ordinary Non-Voting shares to Amundi under the strategic partnership announced on 18 November 2025. Following settlement, the company will have 282,260,661 ordinary shares in issue, with 4,486,448 held in treasury and 11,349,022 Ordinary Non-Voting shares outstanding, resulting in 277,774,213 total voting rights.
