iFlytek has issued an announcement, projecting a first-half 2026 loss of approximately 180 million to 228 million yuan, representing a year-on-year improvement of 5% to 25%. The company expects first-half operating revenue and gross profit to grow by 5% to 10%, with total sales collections of around 11.8 billion yuan, an increase of about 1.5 billion yuan year-on-year, and contract value up 27% year-on-year. Revenue from government-sector business fell 2.13% year-on-year, mainly due to the proactive scaling back of traditional project-based business with low margins and long payment cycles. Research and development spending exceeded 2.8 billion yuan, accounting for more than 20% of operating revenue, with a focus on foundational capabilities such as computing power and models. In the education sector, sales volume of the Spark Marking Machine surged 1,471% year-on-year. In healthcare, the imaging cloud service based on the Spark Medical Large Model generated over 100 million yuan in operating revenue in the first half, up 158% year-on-year.
