Iflytek Co LtdNet loss narrowed but revenue growth modest; mixed results with improving structure but tablet sales impacted by chip/storage costs.

iFlytek disclosed its 2026 interim report, showing first-half total operating revenue of 11.623 billion yuan, up 6.52 percent year on year, while net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 204 million yuan, compared with a loss of 239 million yuan in the same period last year. The company scaled back traditional project-based business, with first-half government-sector revenue down 2.65 percent year on year, but its business structure continued to improve. Sales of the iFlytek AI learning tablet fell short of expectations due to rising chip and storage prices and periodic shortages, though its online share in the above-6,000-yuan price segment rose to 49 percent, and overall market share trended upward. In July, sales of the iFlytek AI learning tablet rebounded quickly, with cumulative sales through July returning to 3 percent growth compared with the same period last year, and July sell-out volume rising more than 30 percent year on year.
