Adjusted earnings came in at $3.24 per share, easily surpassing the expected $2.22, helped by $115 million in tariff refunds, while free cash flow rebounded to $337.3 million from negative $94.9 million a year earlier. The company now expects annual net sales to decline 1% to 2%, an improvement from its prior forecast of a 3% to 4% drop, and raised its full-year adjusted earnings guidance to between $10.50 and $11.00 per share, up from the previous range of $9.75 to $10.25.
