After this pledge transaction is completed, the cumulative pledged shares of Jade Bird Intelligent Control held by Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech reach 137.6949 million shares, representing 44.72% of its holdings in Jade Bird Intelligent Control and 13.07% of Jade Bird Intelligent Control's total share capital.
