Jade Bird Intelligent Control disclosed that its controlling shareholder, Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech, recently pledged and renewed pledges on a total of 28.22 million company shares. This pledged portion accounts for 9.16% of Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech's holdings in Jade Bird Intelligent Control, and 2.68% of Jade Bird Intelligent Control's total share capital. After this pledge transaction is completed, the cumulative pledged shares of Jade Bird Intelligent Control held by Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech reach 137.6949 million shares, representing 44.72% of its holdings in Jade Bird Intelligent Control and 13.07% of Jade Bird Intelligent Control's total share capital.
