Intel CorporationJim Cramer declared on CNBC's Mad Money that the AI data center trade has regained market leadership, naming six stocks driving the rebound: Nvidia, CoreWeave, Nebius, Intel, Super Micro Computer, and Lumentum. All six rose together on Wednesday, Aug. 12, after a summer sell-off triggered by forced selling from Leopold Aschenbrenner's hedge fund Situational Awareness, which sold its leveraged portfolio to Citadel at a discount. Cramer cited four catalysts: Intel raising its stock offering to $20 billion from $15 billion, earnings beats from Supermicro and Lumentum, CoreWeave's results showing older Nvidia GPUs hold value longer than expected, and cooler July CPI data easing rate pressure. CoreWeave reported second-quarter revenue of $2.58 billion, up 112% year over year, and raised full-year guidance, with the stock jumping nearly 20% the next day. Despite the rebound, all six stocks remain below their 2026 highs, and Cramer cautioned investors to watch backlog conversion, contract pricing, power delivery, and the rate path before chasing the move.
