KCE Electronics Public Company LimitedKCE raises product prices 10-12% to offset higher raw material costs, boosting Q3 profit.

KCE Electronics Public Company Limited, or KCE, expects its performance in the third quarter of 2026 to continue improving, supported mainly by the gradual increase in average selling prices to customers by 10–12% to offset higher raw material costs. Most of these increases take effect from February 2026 onward and will be fully reflected in the third quarter of 2026. In the second quarter of 2026, the company posted net profit of 275.9 million baht, up 17.78% from the previous quarter and 51.49% from a year earlier, equal to earnings per share of 0.23 baht. Sales revenue was 3.5745 billion baht, up 15.04% from the previous quarter and 8.80% from a year earlier. Gross margin rose to 18.9% from 17.7% in the first quarter of 2026 and 18.1% in the second quarter of 2025, helped by sales of special and HDI printed circuit boards, which grew 5.44% from the previous quarter and 19.91% from a year earlier. However, higher copper and copper foil costs raised expenses by 1.83% of sales from the previous quarter and 4.05% from a year earlier, while a shortage of glass fiber pushed external laminate prices up 15–30%, and capacity utilization fell to 65% because of long holidays and a power outage. The company has set a 2026 investment budget of 885 million baht, comprising 495 million baht for the Lat Krabang plant, 322 million baht for the Hi-Tech Ayutthaya plant, and 68 million baht for Thai Laminate Manufacturer Company Limited. In the first half of the year, 293 million baht has already been spent.
