The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to convert capital reserve into share capital. Among this, second-quarter net profit was 648 million yuan, within the previously forecast range of 519 million to 779 million yuan, while first-quarter net profit was 781 million yuan. Based on this calculation, second-quarter net profit fell 17% quarter on quarter.
