Kratos Defense & Security SolutionsExpansion to meet growing demand for jet-powered drone systems like Valkyrie and Firejet.

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions announced a major expansion of its Oklahoma City manufacturing campus, adding over 106,000 square feet of production space. The investment aims to meet growing demand for its jet-powered drone systems, including the Valkyrie collaborative combat aircraft and the Firejet aerial target system. The expanded facility will enhance assembly, integration, and testing capacity, allowing Kratos to grow its current annual output of approximately 165 high-performance jet drones. The company says the move supports the US Department of War's modernization goals and allied nations' needs for affordable, mass-produced autonomous airpower.
