Krungthai Bank is preparing to open subscription for GULF digital bonds through the bond trading wallet on the Paotang application from 19 October 2026 at 08:30 to 21 October 2026 at 15:00, or until the full offering amount is sold. The bonds are registered, unsubordinated, unsecured, and have a bondholders' representative, with a 7-year term and interest of 2.70-2.95% per year, paid every 6 months. They have been assigned a credit rating of AA-/Stable by TRIS Rating. Investors can subscribe with a minimum of 1,000 baht, in multiples of 1,000 baht, up to a maximum of 50 million baht per subscription. Allocation follows a first-come, first-served basis. Ravin Boonyanusasna, head of the money and capital markets business group at Krungthai Bank, said the bank is partnering with Gulf Development Public Company Limited, or GULF, to offer these digital bonds, and believes they will be well received by investors because they make bond investing easier and more flexible, supporting trading in the secondary market around the clock. Investors receive the bonds immediately upon purchase and receive their money immediately upon sale. Those interested can register to use the bond trading wallet through the Paotang app starting today, and can fill in personal information and complete an investment suitability assessment in advance.
