Landis+Gyr Group AG shareholders approved all proposals at the Annual General Meeting in Cham, Switzerland. All seven board members standing for re-election were re-appointed for one year, including Chair Audrey Zibelman, and Scott Reese was elected as a new board member. A distribution of CHF 1.20 per registered share from statutory capital reserves was approved, payable from July 2, 2026. The Annual Report, Financial Statements, Remuneration Report, and Sustainability Report for fiscal year 2025 were also approved, along with amendments to the Articles of Association.
