Lattice Semiconductor CorporationRecord revenue, raised guidance, and strong EPS growth after AMI acquisition.

Lattice Semiconductor reported record second-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $201 million, up 18 percent sequentially and 62 percent year over year, and raised its third-quarter total revenue guidance to between $245 million and $265 million following the close of its AMI acquisition. Non-GAAP earnings per share reached $0.53, more than doubling from a year ago, while non-GAAP gross margin expanded to 71.7 percent. The Compute and Communications segment hit a record, growing 83 percent year over year on data-center AI demand, and the newly acquired AMI business is expected to contribute $33 million to $37 million in the third quarter. CEO Ford Tamer said the company has already reached a $1 billion annualized revenue run rate a quarter ahead of schedule and expects to exceed its long-term goal of $3 billion by 2030. The company guided for combined non-GAAP gross margin of 69.5 percent in the third quarter, reflecting a transitory low-margin hardware pass-through business being divested from AMI, and sees non-GAAP EPS of $0.54 to $0.58.
