MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings reported record quarterly bookings and a record book-to-bill ratio of 1.6:1 for its fiscal third quarter of 2026, with revenue of $342.2 million, up 35.8% year over year. Adjusted gross margin was 59.7%, up 120 basis points sequentially, and adjusted operating margin reached 31.5%, up from 25.2% a year earlier. Data Center revenue was $137.6 million, up approximately 40% sequentially, driven by demand for 800G and 1.6T PAM4 products, while Industrial and Defense revenue rose 11% sequentially to $133.4 million and Telecom revenue increased 2% to $71.3 million. The company guided fiscal fourth quarter revenue to $415 million to $425 million, with adjusted EPS of $1.97 to $2.03 and adjusted gross margin of 60% to 61%. MACOM also said it expects approximately 35% sequential growth in Data Center and 20% in Industrial and Defense for the fourth quarter, and it now estimates its served addressable market at $15 billion by 2027.
