Midera Food Processing reported second quarter net sales rose 13.2% to $245 million, while net earnings fell to $11 million from $29 million a year earlier. Estimated adjusted EBITDA increased 10.6% to $42 million, above its guidance range of $37 to $41 million. Orders grew 16% to $275 million and backlog hit a record $446 million at quarter-end. The company raised its 2026 guidance to 11% net sales growth, 6% organic net sales growth, and 20% estimated adjusted EBITDA growth. This was Midera's first report as an independent public company after separating from The Middleby Corporation on July 6, 2026.
