Minor International Public Company LimitedHotel forward bookings higher than last year and food business growth indicate strong end-customer demand.

Minor International expects operating results in the second half of 2026 to improve, with the hotel business continuing to grow and forward bookings in key markets higher than the previous year. In the first half, the company posted a net profit of 3.96 billion baht, up 13 percent from the same period last year. Core operating profit stood at 3.66 billion baht, up 6 percent, with the hotel business delivering a net profit of 2.58 billion baht, up 32 percent, and the food business posting a core profit of 1.28 billion baht, up 3 percent. The company is also pressing ahead with an asset-light expansion, opening seven new hotels and signing more than 20 new hotel agreements, while targeting more than 50 new hotel signings within this year. It is also partnering with PTT Oil and Retail Business to expand food brand branches at PTT service stations, aiming to open more than 150 outlets by 2030.
