Mono Next Public Company Limited, or MONO, has announced a major step in its official corporate transformation under a 100% Streaming-First direction, following the completion of internal management restructuring aimed at building a full streaming ecosystem, with the MONOMAX platform as the main spearhead driving the business. Chief Executive Officer Navamin Prasopnet revealed that the company has shifted the mindset of its people to start from user needs as the center, while dividing its working structure into five main pillars: Sports Content, Original Content, Growth and Experience, Revenue and Partnership, and Platform. In sports, MONO holds the rights to the English Premier League and FA Cup for six consecutive seasons together with JAS, as well as Euro 2028, Volleyball World, and the World Cup 2026 and 2030, with volleyball package subscriptions growing past 150,000 by the end of the recent season. On the revenue side, the company has added an AVOD model, or free viewing with advertising, to attract advertising money from television to the online platform, and is preparing to launch full services in Vietnam this August. For pricing strategy, MONO is focusing on encouraging members to switch to annual packages, with a premium package priced at 399 baht per month, or annual promotions averaging about 250 to 500 baht per month, along with a feature allowing payment in four monthly installments. In terms of performance, in the past second quarter the company returned to profitability thanks to serious organizational restructuring, including cutting redundant expenses, removing unprofitable units, and downsizing the organization, while the CFO team is accelerating management of legacy outstanding debts and continuously negotiating debt restructuring with financial institutions to keep shareholders' equity from turning negative.
