Series C fundraising targeting up to $570M at a 5x valuation step-up from Series B, with strong investor backing.
Multiverse Computing announced a Series C fundraising round targeting up to $570 million at a $1.7 billion pre-money valuation, a 5x step-up from its Series B. The round is co-led by Forgepoint Capital International, BNPP Solar Impulse Venture Fund, and Bullhound Capital, with additional commitments from investors including Santander Alternative Investments, Tikehau Capital, HP Inc., Orange Ventures, Scania Invest, NAventures, Qatar Development Bank, Zouk Capital, SETT, EIC Fund, the Basque Government's Hazten Scale-Up Fund, and Kutxa Fundazioa. The company's CompactifAI compression technology reduces large language model size by up to 80 to 95 percent with minimal accuracy loss, enabling AI to run on devices, in sovereign data centers, and in disconnected environments. Since its Series B in June 2025, Multiverse has grown annualized revenue more than 10x and recorded 96x year-over-year sales growth in the first quarter of 2026. The funding will expand its model library, advance proprietary algorithms, support sovereign AI gigafactory infrastructure, and strengthen its presence in East Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Canada, and the United States.
