Natera IncNatera's Prospera test will be used as the exclusive monitoring assay in a large Phase 3 trial, expanding its clinical adoption.
Natera and Eledon Pharmaceuticals have entered a strategic partnership to incorporate Natera's Prospera kidney transplant assessment test into Eledon's planned Phase 3 clinical trial of tegoprubart, an investigational therapy to prevent organ rejection in kidney transplantation. The trial, expected to initiate in late 2026, will enroll approximately 600 kidney transplant recipients across over 100 transplant centers globally, with Prospera serving as the exclusive donor-derived cell-free DNA monitoring assay. This marks the first time Prospera will be used as a longitudinal surveillance tool in a large-scale therapeutic transplant trial, providing a unique opportunity to evaluate allograft health through serial molecular monitoring while assessing the impact of an investigational immunosuppression regimen.
