Neuronetics has appointed Nir Naor as Chief Financial Officer effective July 23, 2026, and promoted Cory Anderson to Executive Vice President and General Manager of Greenbrook effective July 1, 2026. Naor brings more than 20 years of finance and life sciences experience, most recently serving as CFO of Axogen, and previously as CFO of Arbor Pharmaceuticals and the U.S./Americas business of Mölnlycke. Anderson has been with Neuronetics for over five years, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. The company also announced that Executive VP, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary Andrew Macan will step down effective August 15, 2026. Neuronetics shares closed Monday at $2.02, up 24.69%, before dipping 1.49% to $1.99 in after-hours trading.
