Newtouch Software released its 2026 interim report, showing operating revenue of 1.01 billion yuan, up 12.9% year on year, but net profit attributable to the parent company recorded a loss of 10.37 million yuan, down 134.2% year on year. Second-quarter revenue was 573 million yuan, up 23.8% year on year, with a net loss attributable to the parent company of 12.1 million yuan. The company said its traditional IT solutions business was affected by intensifying industry competition, leading to lower gross margins, while new businesses such as AI all-in-one machines and large-model applications achieved positive growth but remained small in scale and could not offset profit pressure from traditional operations. At the same time, increased investment in AI research and development also had a phased impact on current-period profit.
