Newtouch Software released its 2026 interim report, showing operating revenue of 1.01 billion yuan, up 12.9% year on year, but net profit attributable to the parent company recorded a loss of 10.37 million yuan, down 134.2% year on year. Second-quarter revenue was 573 million yuan, up 23.8% year on year, with a net loss attributable to the parent company of 12.1 million yuan. The company said its traditional IT solutions business was affected by intensifying industry competition, leading to lower gross margins, while new businesses such as AI all-in-one machines and large-model applications achieved positive growth but remained small in scale and could not offset profit pressure from traditional operations. At the same time, increased investment in AI research and development also had a phased impact on current-period profit.

Newtouch Software released its 2026 interim report on August 27. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 1.012 billion yuan, up 12.86% year on year, but net profit attributable to the parent was negative 10 million yuan, down 134.16% year on year, swinging from profit to loss and showing a trend of rising revenue without rising profit. Revenue from the company's core financial industry segment was 638 million yuan, up 14.77% year on year, of which insurance industry revenue was 403 million yuan and banking industry revenue was 234 million yuan. Enterprise services industry revenue was 333 million yuan, up 8.49% year on year. The decline in profitability was mainly due to intensified low-price competition in the traditional IT solutions business, with gross margin down 8.1 percentage points year on year. At the same time, the large-scale implementation of innovative businesses fell short of expectations, research and development expenses reached 86 million yuan, and convertible bond interest and equity incentive expenses of about 13 million yuan put phased pressure on profits. The company completed a private placement to raise funds, and net assets increased to 1.774 billion yuan, up 30.68% from the end of the previous year.
