NVIDIA CorporationNvidia has $500 billion in AI chip bookings for 2025-2026, indicating strong end-customer demand for its products.
Nvidia has accumulated a backlog of $500 billion in combined AI chip bookings for 2025 and 2026. CEO Jensen Huang stated in Seoul in June that the AI boom is just beginning, even as Nvidia stock has pulled back recently amid concerns over high capital expenditures and circular financing. Despite those worries, the stock trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 30, barely above the S&P 500 average of 29, while first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue rose 85% year-over-year to $81.6 billion and net income surged 211% to $58.3 billion. Huang noted that investors should be very happy because they can buy at a discount, and the company's investments in customers like neocloud firm CoreWeave are aimed at accelerating hardware deployment and adoption rather than artificially inflating growth.
